Our Growers Skills Workshop for March, led by coach, business psychologist and mediator Sarah Naidoo-Banks (pictured right), will enable us to explore and understand various types of conflict, how they tie into the different kinds of relationships we have in and outside of work — and arm us with proven ways to make conflict a constructive (and even creative) opportunity, rather than one that causes stress and spirals.

Expect a positive, practical and collaborative 90 minutes — purposefully pulling in plenty of peer perspective.
